  Hire contractor to develop architectural plans that were never furnished for a property in South Philadelphia. We entered into this agreement on 10/22/20 and it was included in this contract a revision. A revision was requested on September 17, 2022 and the contractor did not provide nor is he being responsive to phone, email or text. Found that the contractor may be working with revoked/expired licenses HIC# *****, SIC Code ****, NAICS Code: ****** under the company name of The Artectg Group Architects (Doug W********). Phone number (**** ********. The company was paid for Phase 1 designs that were not furnished and signoff of the designs may be invalidated if the contractor is working with an expired license. Reporting this company for further investigation and hoping that the BBB can assist with this request. A registered letter was sent via post office to Doug W******** requesting that he submit our drawings (in PDF and CAD drawings excluding MEPs) no later than 10/14/2022 or provide us with a refund for the $4900 paid to date. The revised drawings that the architect provided did not have our input and we've expressed on a recorded zoom call on September 17th that the design was no ADA compliant (unit 1 bathroom on the 3rd floor), did not have the measurements although we paid for site survey as part of phase 1, and he did not return all photos, relative sketches and information from phase 1 since we've paid for this. We've contacted the person that referred us to this contractor (***** ******) for support and it was advised that we would receive the drawings by 10/5/22, but that has not materialized. We need sign-off of the revised drawings as requested so that we can move forward with the building permit as the zoning permit expires in a a year. We do not understand why it has taken this contractor nearly two years to complete the drawings and we are seeking assistance to investigate and have the contractor finish the job or provide full refund.
