    This is referring to the ******************* concert on 8/6. We bought four very expensive tickets in a very nice section and when we got there several CLEARLY underage kids were slumped over across our seats and at 7PM one of them vomited all over our seats. We spoke to between ***** employees who kept assuring us it would be cleaned up and taken care of. IT NEVER WAS. We were continually moved around and told to wait because it was being dealt with then subsequently kicked out and moved again. THIS HAPPENED FOR THE ENTIRE CONCERT. We missed the entire concert we paid almost $1000 dollars for. Eventually we spoke to lead supervisors who admitted fault and said they, Lincoln Financial Field, dropped the ball on this one and offered us a free Tshirt as compensation. They also gave us a phone number and a name of who to contact. The *** fans services coordinator *********************** has been dodging our phone calls and refusing to speak to us. We can't get anyone on the phone to help us and we were PROMISED we would get a phone call today. Upon calling today we are still getting blown off as we were that entire night and I am irate. They are still refusing to speak to us and I have no choice but to file this complaint as we NEED to be compensated for this completely mishandled situation that is completely the fault of ***. I made a tik tok about this which can be found at @isa_tere it has over ******* views and hundreds of people with similar complaints of *** letting in underage kids and not kicking them out when they made a mess. All I am looking for is compensation for the show we missed and an apology for the complete and utter negligence on the part of ***. They think they can just ignore my phone calls and it will go away but this is unjust and I cannot stand for it.

    Upon receiving this complaint, we did an investigation into the allegations and determined that one of the complainants four seats (her friends seat) was vomited on by another guest prior to a massive rain storm.  After Lincoln Financial Field staff (ushers) became aware of the issue, they cleaned off the seat and offered for the group to sit in seats adjacent that were unoccupied, but the group refused this offer.  They then were given the opportunity to sit in an unoccupied area of an *** platform nearby to watch the remainder of the show, and all four members of their group were provided ******************* T-shirts ($220 value).

    Complainant claims her concert experience and response time from the Lincoln Financial Field ticket office were unsatisfactory.  In particular, in her complaint and two separate TikTok videos, the complainant claims her concert experience was ruined and that Lincoln Financial Field staff took too long to get back to her and her boyfriend about their complaints.  The customer claims she missed the entire concert, but our review of the security footage demonstrated that she and her friends in fact watched and appeared to enjoy the majority of the show.  In addition, our staff from the ************************ got in touch with her boyfriend less than two days following the concert (August 8). 

    We have reached a satisfactory resolution of the issues set forth in the complaint with complainants boyfriend, who also attended the show and is the one who purchased the tickets.

    I spent $211.34 on 2 tickets for the ******************* concert on Friday, July 28th as a gift for somebody. As it got closer to 8pm the scheduled time for ******************* to come on the opener kept playing songs and it was then announced that there would be a rain delay and the National Weather Service declared a severe thunderstorm warning and the stadium told us to seek shelter in the concourse. After nearly 2 hours of hearing nothing and employees of the venue doing last call on drinks and repeatedly telling us it was canceled we as well as probably hundreds of others left the venue as there was still lightning and we were told everytime lightning struck it was another 45 minutes until he could preform at this point it was 10:30 and multiple employees included guest services told us that he was not going to preform tonight as they are not allowed on stage past 11:30. We walked out of the stadium and arrived home to hear from others that ******************* was on stage at preforming however he didnt not perform his full set

    Our ticket office has reached out to the individual to discuss this matter directly.  We have not heard back from the individual.  We are awaiting her response to our ticket office.
