    Bought 6 court side seats at the 76 rs basketball game for 12/23/24 and the seats in front of us were physically higher coupled with large men seated in those seats, our family couldn't seat the court at all! We paid $2740.00 for the 6 seats via Fevo, Order number ******** bought 5/29/24 We contacted numerous offices of the team, the Wells Fargo center and the ticket agency, all with no return calls.

    I purchased a ticket to the ************************* Reunion Tour that was $125.00 and was supposed to take place on 10/14/2023. However, the date for the Reunion Tour concert was changed to 9/29/2023. I never received any messages or updates about the concert date changing. Therefore, I missed the concert. I tried contacting the Wells Fargo Center on many occasions via email and telephone; however, I have yet to receive an answer each time. I want a refund for my concert ticket due to the ************************* Reunion Tour date change. The pictures included are proof of the ticket I purchased and an advertisement from Eventbrite stating the changed date for the concert date.

    My son purchased a ticket to see *********************** at Wells Fargo Center last night, 12/10/23. He spent $267 in September, received the ticket in the mail in October, arrived two hours before show time, and was told his ticket was no good. The ticket was purchased through StubHub. He had proof of the sale, a receipt and ticket and they still would not let him in and did nothing to help him, rudely telling him that he had to stand out side in the pouring cold rain in shorts. For two hours while all his friends are in the concert, he is standing outside in the pouring rain, a newly 18 year old, sent to the streets of Philadelphia. When he asked if he could go in and pee, he was told no. 2.5 hours into the event, I purchased him another ticket through ticpix and he re-entered and the women at the desk told him that ticket didn't work either. It was only when he put me on the phone that he was permitted to enter, catching the last 20 minutes of a concert that was his 18th birthday gift. Totally unacceptable! I wonder if they would have sent a teenage girl out in the street too. I want my $ back and I want to be compensated for his transportation there and back. He had been looking forward to this concert since Sept. and missed nearly the entire thing because the staff at the Wells Fargo Center did absolutely nothing to assist him. Horrible customer service, rude staff and with no phone number to call to even talk to someone for help. Nothing on their website at all. I am completely disgusted that they failed to help and shipped him outside in the freezing cold rain in a city he is not familiar with as a teenager.

    On December 2, 2023 an unauthorized amount of $470 was taken from my account. I have called several numbers and spoke with several team members who are unwilling to provide information and also have no idea how to handle this situation. I first spoke with **** in the customer service department and she was unwilling to provide a contact person and when asked she finally provided a supervisor name of **** but was unwilling to provide any contact information. I then spoke with ***** who also had no idea how to handle my situation and when asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up the phone. I received a call back from number ************ and again asked for a supervisor and ***** answered and hung up the phone when asked for a supervisor. Wells Fargo Center took $470 and they have no person that has a clue how to help in this situation. I now ask for the $470 plus interest and additional monies due to their poor customer service which has taken unnecessary amounts of my time.

    I purchase tickets from ************/*****************/WellsFargoCenter on August 26, 2023 for a ********************* and the ******* for a friend and myself to attend at Wells Fargo Center on Monday, October 23nd. My friend came to visit from the west coast to see the show and the event was cancelled hours beforehand and then rescheduled for Saturday, November 25th, a holiday weekend. No refund were offered by the venue or ************ and when I inquired I was told my only choice was to resell the tickets at a third of the cost. I was unsure if I could attend that event, and for security reposted the ticket, which is not selling due to the amount of shows that have been canceled on this tour and the artist not showing up. I received an email this morning that the event was again cancelled and that I could receive a refund. I clicked on the provided link and it was inactive and then called ***** ****** ****** at the number provided. I was then told that the event was again back on and that I would not receive a refund. All three of these businesses, most importantly Wells Fargo Center and being exploitative to customers and not offering refunds and forcing them to resell their tickets at a significantly lower amount and pocket fee after fee in the process. This even has now been twice canceled and they are still refusing to refund customers. I believe this is innately wrong and monopolizing behavior that needs to be addressed. I hope to receive a full refund and that I am not the only customer reaching out about this.

    ******************* canceled his tour again for the second time in 5 years I had four tickets for his June 16th show.He announced it was canceled on all social media platforms when you contact his team they tell us to contact the arena. I have contacted Wells Fargo 6 seperate time and they either dont answer or say that they are waiting for it to be canceled. Even though it was announced on his social media pages and released through the media that his team canceled the entire tour. I know there is a lot of traction on social media for a class action lawsuit against Wells Fargo since other arenas have refunded. I am a single mother and this was a huge stretch for me and now my money has been tied up for years with tickets I will never get to use or it will be years from now. On social media it was said to reach out to BBB and you have been helping ticket recipients get their refunds from Wells Fargo Could you please support me in get my money back as this is completely unfair . All other platforms have offered refunds Wells Fargo is all over all social media platforms telling their customers they wont be refund. Unfortunately I bought directly through well Fargo.
