    My name is ******* ********. I purchased a home security system in July 2021 from Power Pay. The personnel who I purchased the home security system from is a sales representative named ****** Power. His telephone number is: ************. I began to have problems with the home security system on February 5, 2025. I tried to contact ****** Power and Power Pay numerous times. Power Pay gave me a number to call for a business named Smart Home, ******* to help with my home security system issues. The phone number for Smart Home is: ************. I have left numerous voicemail messages with Smart Home asking them to return my phones calls. They have not returned my phone calls. Power Pay committed to provide me with home security with security cameras and alarm system. I feel like this is a scam!

    The company is still sending me a bill in the mail for $132.08. Other than that, there is no communication from the company.

    On August 1 st 2024 I engaged this company to assess, make recomendations and install an audio/visual system in my unit. I paid their deposit amount, and several invoices as the process got underway. By the end of August the system had been installed and the installer had returned to the unit several times to "fine tune" the system. As the end of August approached a part of the system stopped working. Contacting the installer, I informed him of the problem and also noted that on September 1st I was going away for the month. He suggested I contact him on my return and he would stop by and fix the glitch. Upon my return 10/1/2024 I have called, texted and emailed the installer and the firm. I have never heard back from them. I am not even sure if they are still in business.
