    The local ****************************** sent my vehicle to Aspite Auto on May 21 after it was stolen and retrieved. I called Aspire on 5/22 to confirm how I could retrieve my vehicle. I was told that my insurance company would need to send them a "harmless hold" letter and a signed release form from the ******************************* State Farm, my insurance company, has been trying to retrieve my vehicle from Aspite for at least two weeks now. They have tried to send the notarized form electronically and in person with a tow truck, and each time, Aspite comes up with bogus excuses as to why they cannot accept the form. They are doing this to get more money out of my insurance company. I want my vehicle released to **********, so my vehicle can be repaired. Aspite has no right or claim to it. It has been four weeks now; there is absolutely no logical reason why they will not release it.

    WE ARE CONTRACTED BY THE CITY OF ************ TO RECOVER STOLEN VEHICLES.  THIS VEHICLE WAS RECOVERED ON 5/21 - THE OWNER/COMPLAINTANT CALLED OUR OFFICE AFTER SHE WAS CONTACTED BY THE ***** POLICE **** AND WE INSTRUCTED HER ON WHAT SHE NEEDED TO DO TO RECOVER THE VEHICLE.  SHE WENT TO GET THE POLICE RELEASE ON 5/24.  SHE TOLD US THAT SHE WAS GOING THROUGH HER INSURANCE AND WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM PAY THE CHARGES AND PICKUP HER VEHICLE.  AGAIN, WE INSTRUCTED HER ON WHAT HER INSURANCE COMPANY NEEDED TO PICKUP HER VEHICLE.  SHE WAS OBVIOUSLY FRUSTRATED, SINCE HER INSURANCE COMPANY'S TOW COMPANY DID NOT COME TO RECOVER HER VEHICLE UNTIL 6/11, 21 DAYS FROM WHEN HER VEHICLE WAS RECOVERD.  SHE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND WAS VERY NASTY TO OUR OFFICE WORKERS WHO WERE ONLY DOING THEIR JOB AND TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT HER INSURANCE COMPANY NEVER SENT ANYONE TO PICKUP HER VEHICLE.

    FOR THE RECORD WE ONLY CHARGED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR 10 DAYS, SO HER COMPLAINT THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY IS INCORRECT.
