    I dropped my vehicle off at this body shop for work on 12/20/22. As of 2/8/23 I still do not have my vehicle. I was lied to about the status of my vehicle and they blamed my insurance company for the delays, when in fact the shop refused to use the online app that ******** provided for quick estimates and approval. This week I learned that my vehicle is finished, but they never got final approval from ******** for the repairs. ******** has not approved much of the work done, and the body shop refuses to release my vehicle until ******** pays for work they never approved. My rental car coverage ended weeks ago and I've been having to pay out of pocket for transportation because I don't have my vehicle. Plus, the work done was only cosmetic. My vehicle was drivable the whole time.
