    WashLB was paid $50 plus $10 tip to wash car in parking garage. This was offered in partnership with our building management. They txted arrival, car was opened and no further communication despite txt messages to same number. Finally locked car at 11PM after no answers. Inspected car in the AM. Found that hood area had not been washed. Interior had been cleaned but some areas not touched such as drink holders in center console. Took pictures of both. Replied to survey where I noted both issues but no way to post pics.
    Four days later I get text and email that another $50 appointment has been billed and scheduled for that evening with no prior communication and without my authorization and if I don't cancel 24 hours prior (this is three hours before they are to arrive so impossible) I will be billed $15.
    Poor work. Poor communications. Attempt to scam customer of money with unauthorized services once they have customer info and credit card info.
