    - Date:6/29/2024 - Amount paid: $239 - the money is paid for title and registration of the car - unable to get the service at the promised time(90 days), still I don't know what the status is.- I went multiple times to get the answer, they are unable to provide me clear answer

    I went into Abats' business on May 18th, 2024, to have a tile and registration processed. I paid the required fees, but I still have not received my paperwork from *******. I have called on many occasions and spoken with the clerk, and it's always the same response next week, and still, the paperwork has come.

    I went to Abats Auto on May 14th, 2024 and completed a title transfer on a motorcycle. The previous owner came with me to sign off. I paid the taxes and fees which came out to $351.52. It has been 3 months and there is no update on my title. I've called the business roughly 15 times. I got through to the lady that sits at the front desk 6 times and she has told me that she will call me back with an update on every occasion. She tells me she is looking in to it and will provide an update. I haven't received even one update. I work in the car business and had my title clerk check the status of my plate and it states "not found" and the bike is still registered under the previous owner. We send over **************************************************** *** is not currently experiencing significant delays. I feel that this business took my money and didn't file any paperwork with the state. She refuses to call the *** to get an update. I would try to speak to someone else at the business but she said she's the only employee.

    On February 17, 2024, I went to Abat's Auto Tags to get services done of transfer of vehicle title. I was told by the customer service representative, Ms. ******* that I will receive the title in the mail and I will receive a call from her to pick up my registration card once she receives it. On June 25, 2024, I went to the ****** of ***** Vehicles located at ******************************************* to get information regarding the transfer of title that took place in February. The clerk researched the *** and the title number and found no record of a title transfer, no record of a rejected title transfer and no record of a check from ****** Auto Tags for a title transfer. On June 26, 2024, I went to Abat's Auto Tags and informed Ms. ****** of this issue and requested for a refund because services was not rendered. No refund was processed. I went back to ****** Auto Tags on June 27, 2024 and requested again for a refund because service was not rendered. No refund was processed. I believe I was scammed. I paid for services for a vehicle title transfer from this company and they have failed to deliver services, therefore I am owed a refund in full in the amount of $248.97 because services was not rendered.
