    My car was overheated so I decided to take it to this shop on June 25th to get it work on. Once I pulled into the gate the owner of the shop ************************* greeted me and told me it will be $175 to look at the car to see the problem and the payments were sent through cash app. I gave my keys to the mechanic and sent the $175 for them to look at my car and I took down **** ************************* number so I can be in contact and receives updates about my car. Next day I was at work and ****** informed me that the mechanic said my water pump is busted and my thermostat housing need it to be replaced and couple other problems she said. ****** told me it would be a cheaper fee if I was to just buy a new engine instead of replacing the parts one by one a long with the labor. I agreed with her and proceeded, she informed I have to send her a deposit on cash app for her to get the engine. The deposit for the engine was $450 that I sent and all together the engine cost $1100. After receiving so many updates from ****** about the car it has been week since they been holding the car but I was told the job only takes about 14hr to finish. So the 2nd week has come in the job still hasnt finished, I just kept getting the run around on when my car will be done . Then I was informed two car were ahead of me and they was trying they best to finish my car, but as I was waiting ****** wanted me to send the rest of the money for the engine $500 and I was little confused because its been 2 weeks and the job still wasnt done. After all the money was sent for the engine ****** told me her mechanics wasnt going to finish or start the project until most the of the labor money was sent to her on cash app. So I sent her the rest of the labor work money and another week past then July 16 ****** told me car was ready to pick up and it was on ***** **. I went to pick up the car and got in then noticed the car was same as I left it. It was my same old engine no new engine. The car was never touched!
