    CASH FOR CARS IS A SCAM - CALLED - to pick up old car in garage - was asked are motor, catalytic converter and battery are there - yes they were there for 7+ years- given a price of $550 if all parts are there - - when driver came first thing out of his mouth '' no catalytic converter'' dropped price by $400 dollars - They ARE STEALING CATALYTIC CONVERTERS BY NOT PAYING THE CUSTOMER FOR THEM - and paying a low ball price for the junk car. CASH FOR CARS IS A SCAM - lure you in with one price $550 then claim parts are missing and give you 1/3 of the quote - my car was in my garage for7 years - all parts were there when I drove it in 2017 and the 3 years of the pandemic - everything had grime on it and 3 tires were flat - typical bait and switch do not sell to these scammers - do not sell to cash for cars - sell to Peddle - sell to Peddle -I have sold to both - CASH FOR CARS IS A SCAM telling everyone I can in my neighborhood in Philadelphia. BAIT AND SWITCH - LOW BALL PAYOUT - CHEATERS
