    *** ****** made shipping my ***** Civic an easy and stress-free experience. He kept me updated every step of the way, and my car arrived on time without a scratch. Im very happy with the service from Road 1 Transportation and would highly recommend them to anyone needing car shipment!

    Now Mr. *********************** is doing business as Road 1. I have never witnessed such unprofessional service and representatives in all my years. I requested a car transport and sent a $100 deposit. Less than 24 hours later, I found out that I no longer needed the service and requested a refund. Many texts flew back and forth with no resolution. Long story short, I ultimately have texted with and/or spoken to 4 different people, some of which are still contacting me to get the details of my service request. I finally went to my bank and put in a stop on the payment.Obviously, this got the company's attention and was contacted by yet another person today who asked me "cancel the refund request" and then they would give me back my money. I refused to do that until I got my refund. The representative said that they would "be out $200" if they did that. I told him that he was asking me to trust him, which I don't and that he would just have to trust ME and give me the refund and then I would lift the hold at my bank. He asked me to stay on the line while he processed the refund...finally! I then received a message that the refund had been issued but, an hour later, I see nothing in my bank account.This company is shady at best and admittedly (from the most recent person I talk to) does not have "good" customer service reps because it is hard to find them. The consumer should not have to pay the price for their inability to hire and retain good employees.I hope that this review prevents anyone from sending money to this company or entering into a contract with them.
