      This company mailed my tax refund to the wrong address and never notified me about the payment I had to call them to figure out why I never received the payment, then when I asked to have them correct it they told me they have no way of doing it besides making me spend money to get my check refunded again Im so disappointed that I have to spend more money on top of what I paid already to get my refund

      I’d give zero stars if I could. I used to get decent tax refunds advances at Jackson H****t, those were what helped this single mom at true time catch up on bills from Christmas and pay ahead. Januarys tax advancements literally helped me make it to the next month without going into debt that’s why I have been going to Jackson H****t for 10 years now. Their advancements during December also saved me during Christmas time as well. I loved that about Jackson H****t. But now their advances are getting smaller and smaller amounts. When I complain they say it’s credit based… which is wild to me because it’s a secured loan. Not an unsecured loan. Also my credit is way better this year than it has ever been. I’m a college student now working on my bachelor’s pre med and all I got was $500. It wasn’t even enough to help me pay my monthly payment on my student loan. I could not believe this! Jackson H****t I feel so bad for because now I am searching for other tax places to go to next year with better advances because of republic bank. Sad that they are doing this to Jackson H****t.
