    On Saturday, October 22nd I purchased a hair product in a quantity of 4 from their online website. It is now Thursday, October 27th and my products have still not been shipped. I sent a email on Tuesday, October 25th asking about the status of my purchase, but to date I have not received any response. I would either like a update on my shipment or a refund. My order number is ****.

    This is a response to the complaint #********.

    The order was received on 10-22-2022, Saturday.
    All orders received during weekends start processing next business day which is Monday. However, because the product was out of stock, we  tried to refill the inventory and it took 2-3 days at least.  On 10-27-2022, Thursday, we found that the item was still back ordered by our wholesaler.  We immediately issued a full refund the next day on 10-28-2022, Friday, and emailed the customer  the refund confirmation with the explanation.
    Also as far as I know we did not receive any inquiry on this order.  
    If we received any inquiry , we would have responded.
