    Booksrun runs a scam-like business. They advertise people via email or social media for low prices. Yet, when people send books to them, they will always reduce the price that are lower than other book buyers. Most importantly, they will not pay people after a few buys and sells. They keep people's new or used books and resell them as their books for profits.Many complaints have been filed against this Booksrun. The reason for this review is how we can stop this scamming business? Booksrun is still running and still scamming new customers daily.

    I rented a book from BooksRun (**************************************) on March 03, 2025, which arrived in visibly damaged condition, including a heavily damaged spine. I did not report the damage immediately, as I assumed the condition was already noted or acceptable for a used rental.After returning the book, I was surprised to receive a damage charge, accusing me of returning the book in poor condition. I contacted customer service and explained that the book arrived damaged. While they refunded the rental amount, they are still insisting that I pay the damage-related fees because I didnt report the issue upon arrival.I believe this is unfair. I did not cause the damage, and Im being charged for something that was not my fault. BooksRuns policy does not give renters a fair chance to dispute damages, especially when charges appear only after the item is returned.All transactions and communication were handled through the BooksRun website. I feel the company is using an inflexible policy to shift the cost of preexisting damage onto customers.
