    On November 29 of 2021 I took my car for repair at ***-************************************** in Philadelphia Pa. *****. I pay 623.00 which included life time extended warranty for replacement of pads and rotors. I had called before taking my vehicle on September 12, 2023. I was told that my car was covered on the warranty. After taking my car to the shop and waited for repair I was told that my car was not coved and that I would have to pay 440.00  more for new rotors.

    The brake pads come with a lifetime warranty but the rotors come with a 1 year or ****** mile warranty.  Once the 12 months eclipse, the customer is responsible for the rotor parts and labor for installation - the brake pad part will be covered under the lifetime warranty for as long as the customer owns the vehicle.  *******'s rotor warranty ended on November 29, 2022 being that she purchased the original repair on November 29, 2021.  If you have any questions are concerns, please reach out to *************** at ************ or ***************************************.  Thank you!
