    *********************** (Creator Building Contractors) left a flyer at my house. I contacted him for work. We signed a contract on 5/9/23 for stucco, garage door replacement with automatic opener and stone pointing for the amount of $3500. I paid a deposit of $2200. Thursday May 11th, he arrives an hour before the agreed upon start time (9am) to begin stucco and pointing without telling me. He requests the balance be paid because the garage door was $800 and it, "whipped him out." I told him I wouldn't pay the balance because the work hasn't been completed and that I don't do business that way. I agree to the adjustment of $700. We consult about the finished look of the stucco, I go back inside. A couple hours later, he's gone. Didn't finish the stucco, didn't tell me he was leaving. Friday May 12th he's back with 2 workers to install the garage door. The new door was too short and too wide so he cut the bottom panel (1 of 4) on one edge and cut all the other panels (3 of 4) on both edges. Now one panel isn't centered with the rest. He didn't see that as a problem. They're out there working till 9pm. Monday May 15th, only 1 of the two workers is back to finish the job. At this point, I notice the tracks are installed incorrectly (right higher than the left). ****** tells me there's something wrong with my eyes. That the tracks are level. His worker put a level to the door, it was not level. They go to close the door and the top panel wouldn't lay flush with the rest of the panels because he didn't install the curved part of the tracks high enough for the door to fully close. By the end of the day, the worker had done some more of the stucco in a completely different style and did not finish. ****** tells me they'll be back to following day. Tuesday the 16th, Wednesday the 17th and Thursday the 18th, ****** is a no call no show. I finally call him and he hung up on me once he recognized my voice. He texts me hours later saying, "Can't make it back have someone else finish it."
