    I had enough trouble with the newly built rental property. But on top of the maintanence issues I was charged $25 admin fees by **** each month while **** struggled to set up service. **** finally sent a letter stating that they failed to establish service. I gave up after months of this. And **** charged me $25 admin fees for almost the entire year. In addition, $400 was removed from my deposit for "oven cleanliness" and "drywall ***airs" after I had walked through it with **** *** stating that it looked great. Among the charges are $115 dollars of mystery fees identified only by a string of numbers. Ill never rent from PRDC again and Ill be sure to pass this onto anyone I talk to who dare contemplate it. That said, the folks from **** I interacted with were decent and helpful. The ownership, however, is unethical. Their policies are NOT renter friendly.

    I recommend proceeding with caution when considering renting from PRDC. If you choose to move forward, ensure that everything is documented in writing. When I moved into my apartment, I encountered numerous issues, including broken appliances, a malfunctioning AC during the summer, inadequate cleaning prior to move-in, and various "landlord specials" throughout the unit.The only positive aspect of my experience has been the maintenance team, who genuinely cared about addressing the problems and resolved all issues within 30 days of my lease. However, when I requested a rental credit, management/owners informed me that none of my issues "hindered functionality or livability at the time of occupancy." It's disappointing to hear that functioning appliances and air conditioning aren't considered essential, especially given the high rent cost. It also took them two months and multiple emails and texts for them to respond to my request. Clearly, prioritizing customer service is not their strong suit.
