    I have bought 2 cars from Heed Auto Group and have had a very positive experience on both occasions. ***** was helpful and very accommodating. He even drove the most recent car to my house. Since these cars were relatively new, I have had no issues with them. These were salvage cars but the quality of work that I can see was very good. Is it perfect? No but pretty close to my untrained eyes. The best is my daughters get to drive newer cars for half of what I would have got at a dealership.

    *****, the owner, delivered on every promise covering the complete background of the vehicle and supporting every part of the purchase process to include shipping. This comes from someone with high anxiety over online purchases as it requires a lot of trust from both parties. I only had to register the vehicle with the documents he provided and purchase an owner's manual. Everything else was flawless about this vehicle and I will be a repeat ************ will not find an auto dealership with a better online track record. Most use shady tactics but I found this business to be a positive example that does not focus on gouging the customer. ***** is enthusiastic about his business and cars.

    Beware I had purchased several vehicles from Paris. I paid in full for a car for my wife he said he would make it perfect gave me price. A few months later the car was still not finished I ended up driving several hours just to get a part for the car and shipped it to him. He said he would pay me back for the part like 600 dollars he never sent it to me. He finally finished the car I had it shipped to Florida and it was far from perfect so many things still missing and not repaired. He use to do pretty good work and I thought he was a honest person but I found out what kind of person he truly is. Don't waste your time and money .
