    On 10/31/24 we purchased a vehicle from ***** *** in the accused dealer of Imports Auto Direct (J AND ************- DEALER LICENSE: *******. We first were sold a car that has severe mechanical issues. The biggest issue is that we have asked for the title for month now and have yet to receive it. on numerous occasions reaching out to ***** *** -sales man/owner and continue to get no actionable follow up. When purchased the vehicle we made it very clear we will be driving it to ********** and that we must have title to get tags within 30days of purchase. Here we are with an expired temp tag and cannot register the vehicle in the state of GA due to the lack of professionalism and follow up from this dealer was fast to take my money, but very slow and non-responsive to hold up their end of the contracted sale. Not only will I do this complaint, but I will File it with the Attorney general of PA to question this dealers license and then the news. All I'm asking for even though I was sold a lemon is the title to my vehicle. Please help my temp tag is - X217435...2008 **** EDGE BLACK......VIN -*****************

    Ok i purchased through car note an it broke down with mechanical issues 3 days later after I made a car note contract I took it to the dealership they kept it send me pictures of new transmission that now this mechanic says was never installed an warranty said a claim was never filed for transmission I took the car an mechanical 4 more now they saying it was my fault when they an I have proof that they said they fixed the issues now a claimed was filed now I filed myself an they said dealership said it was my fault when they fix it so they said I need help I am paying a car note an warranty an the car sitting in my drive way because the dealership said an I Quote put my big girl ******* I need help I have not own not even a year an has mechanical issue every other month an barely drove it can you help either repair it or exchange car I have proof i am sending you 2 of them I also have text saying they repaired certain mechanical issues an did not can u help please sincerely ********* ******
