    In May of 2022, I took my to van to *** a mechanic whom I've been dealing with for years to replace my engine he has since not done anything to my van had me come to pick up my van at least 6 times in which time my van was never ready. His assistant allowed me to come in last week to find that my van is still on the lift, my mechanic told me me my van would be ready Sat. 8/20/22 only for me to arrive to find his shop closed again. I'm a throat cancer survivor & have a trache iny throat which affects my breathing in hot weather, I despartly need my van to get back n forth to my doctor's appointments . I gave him $500 payment for the repair and he will not fix my van, all I want is my van out of his shop & my money back as he did not fix my van. Please help, please.

    Hello, my name is Abubakar O******, am responding to letter I received, regarding ** *** and *** ******** ****.  

    Am very aware of the issue, I also meet **** ******** couple times at the shop and I was aware of **** ******** health issue.

    That is the reason why I spoke to ***, about the matter.  That if he cannot fixs the issues of the car, he should refund the money **** ******** gave him.

    As am writting this letter, *** has refund **** ******* her money back, and she has took her car.  

    **** ******** and *** has been working together for many years now, as landlord to tenant, I try not to get involved in his business.  Only when I aware about situation like this, which is been taken care off. 

    Also I apologize to **** ******** and her daughter.

    *** is been in and out of the hospital.  I think that is the main reason why her car took long to repair.  *** is on dealing with kidney failure too.
