    Went to live casino one night hoping to have some fun but was stopped at the front in order to show ID while multiple people walk past without being IDed of course those people where not the same color as me , I was not able to get inside the casino due to my license being EXPIRED by a few days . If a EXPIRED license is a problem and your ID needs to be up to date then everyone should be IDENTIFIED not just young black males . I will be filling a civil lawsuit for discrimination at this point

    On July 12, 2022 I spent my birthday at Live! Casino & Hotel for an overnight stay! On July 13, 2022 I checked out for what I thought was a good birthday present from my husband and sister. Well my sister who paid for the room was hit with an extra $500.00 charge plus the room charge, taxes & fees on her credit card. She contacted Live on July 15th to find out why she was charged the extra money. She was told by management that it was for deep cleaning of the room for smoking. She stated to the manager that her sister or husband did not smoke. The manager stated to her that they will not reverse the charges she would have to go to her bank and dispute the charge. I told my sister the only thing I remember between the time they said the sensor picked up smoke in the room was I sprayed the room with *****. Whenever I stay at any hotel I spray the room with ***** for my own protection. I am not a smoker and neither is my husband. As of October 5, 2022 my sister is still waiting for the bank to give her the funds back on her card.
