    Tuesdays the casino offers Young at Heart free play. You must swipe your card at the kiosk. The kiosk were not working the entire day, which means you were not able to download your free play. They kept saying try again in 30 minutes. There were so many people there complaining. They didnt offer the guest anything in its place. They did this before last year. Its clear it only happens on the Young at Heart days. I sat there for hours hoping it would be fixed. I finally asked if they were going to do anything for us and they said no. I believe this is unfair, they dont have a problem taking your money, when its time to give us incentives, theres always a problem. I would like for them to acknowledge the wrong doing and offer something.

    Rivers advertised a status match to another casino which I have. Part of ******* * earned a black card status which included many benefits. Some of which had asterisks next to and stated they were based on play and couldn't be matched to. A $50 birthday bonus was offered as part of the match with no asterisks. I was also told in April when I matched that I was eligible for this bonus in May which is my birthday month. In May I drove an hour out of my way to spend some time at Rivers and use the bonus. I was told it was not on my account. I emailed customer support and theyre now advising that I am not eligible because it was a status match. This is very contradictory to what is advertised and also what I was told at signup.
