    The Director of Early Literacy Academy has terminated 9 of their best teachers for not signing an unlawful contract, stipulating that their wages will be withheld should they leave their position. This has caused the student to teacher ratio to be unsafe and out of compliance with state and federal standards. There are numerous Health Code violations and fraudulent grant awards being investigated by the state. Should families or staff voice concerns, the Director will terminate the partnership without cause or sufficient due process. This is an unstable childcare facility, both prospective staff and families should be informed.

    This family was dismissed from our program at another location for being 9 weeks behind in tuition. They threatened a bad review if not allowed to return. I don't believe any additional information is needed on this felonious review.
