    On September 09, 2022, I was offered a rebate on Uberzon club's website at uberzonclub.com in exchange for a product that I ordered. After waiting 35 days from the order date, I was not sent a rebate through their website or email. I have contacted them multiple times regarding this matter and have sent them the required information. They have not responded to my communication.

    Purchased an item through their rebate program, using my bfs ****** account and its registered technically with his email. The price of the product was $19.99 for the earrings, after rebate I was supposed to be just responsible for the taxes, $1.40. Their website originally said 14 days for reimbursement, I emailed soon after and they told me their policy changed to 45 so we couldnt return item to ******. Its been well over 45 days. I have number emails to them asking where my rebate is, only one time they responded and asked me for verification of the transaction. I sent the info to them but have yet to get another response.
