    I went to the store on March 10th, 2023, I purchased Coffee Rolls, Apple Fritters, alongside with a Hash Brown. That was a Friday, I did not realize I didn't have my Hashbrown until I arrived to work that day. Since I frequent that location, I attempted to let the clerk know about my situation on Friday. She mentioned to me that I should have come back that Friday, or even yesterday which was Wednesday. I did not understand, thus I asked to speak with the supervisor on duty because perhaps they can assist with my time of need. The person now tells me I am the supervisor on duty and my name is ****. I said, okay perhaps I can speak to your manager because this should not be so drastic of a matter. Now, telling me I should come on 3/17/23 to speak to the manager about the circumstance. Not only that but in a rude manner **** asked me if I still wanted my bagel, which of course I wanted my breakfast. I never received my receipt for the Friday transaction, alongside the Thursday transaction. Yet, since I have paid with a card, I may be able to retrieve documentations if need be. Although Dunkin Dounts has policy and procedure, yet she forgot all about customer service. Leaving me in a hard place because the clerk made me feel as if I was being deceitful about my purchase order. This is not how I wanted to feel especially with a place I frequent every morning prior to going to work.
