    After seeing a popular YouTuber advertise for Apex Gaming I decided to take a chance and purchase one. I really enjoyed the ease of deciding since they have options for you to choose from and have a engineer call you after you make the purchase to answer questions you have to ensure you purchase will do what you hope it to do. It is my first gaming computer but if I need another in the future Apex Haming will be on the short list of companies that I look at in deciding.

    Wish I could give this business zero stars. I took ample time discussing with this team what machine I should purchase only to have it start lacking the ability to stream a game for any more than 5 minutes. After more than 20 or more calls and emails to ask for help with this issue the company suggested it was a graphics card. They convinced us that the computer would work once the graphics card was replaced. We replace the graphics card and the entire computer has crashed. They were kind enough to take my call one more time and offer to "remote" in to our computer and take a look around. We set up a time for the same day with John to discuss this option and he pointedly blocked my call and will not respond to emails. This is the most unprofessional group of crooks I have had the experience of working with. We felt like they wanted to help us keep a $2k machine working for more than 9 months but we came to find out they were just having an inter office laugh with the "fixes" they offered. We will be taking action to correct the wrong and recoup money we are out of. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere as we now have a 1 year old $2k scrap of junk metal that wont even recognize a monitor that is connected to it.

    Do not buy from them. We ordered a computer back in December. We still have not received it. They have made zero efforts to notify us about when it will ship and have given us the run around. We both called and emailed and we get a different excuse each time. There is NO reason it should take this long to receive a computer and put one together. There is no longer a shortage in parts and covid is over. We want a refund / cancel order without being charged to cancel something that we should have had by now.
