Through clever SEO tactics, they represent themselves as Quickbooks support, and fraudulently claim you have a problem with Quickbooks file. They then affer to fix it for $5 a megabyte. They are really shrewd in the fact they have multiple "plans" similar named to Quickbooks levels ie Gold and and Silver level support Also really shrewd by getting you to confirm you are authoring them to charge you. Complete waste of your money. Get your Quickbooks support number from within your QUickbooks software.

IF YOU GOOGLED INTERNAL ACCOUNTING SERVICES: UNPLUG YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE ITS TOO LATE! ..I would like to start with sharing that quickbooks actually has a screen sharing service built into the program and they only use glance.com so they cannot touch anything in your computer, only see whats on the screen! ..Now, we went to update our company quickbooks and got a number off ****** for a what we thought was quickbooks support. The guy was super nice and let us know we were overpaying for quickbooks, building our trust in him so when it came time to upload our company backup we wouldnt think twice about it being a scam. The guy had me click on something that looked like a program inside quickbooks that once clicked on popped up an error for the backup, saying 39.9% of the backup was corrupt and they can fix it for about $3000. He said they could fix it 2 ways, either we send off a flash drive with our company backup on it or let someone have control over our computer uninterrupted for 2-3 hours and thats when we had a feeling it was a scam. The website however, was the breaking point, the guy was still screen sharing with me and wanted me to put the card info into this decent looking website but I put him on hold, googled internal accounting services and found this link saying it was a scam. The error code is not real, if you look at the top left hand corner, you will see its actually just error code typed up in the notepad program and its saved under the name of whatever the guy has you click on, ours was saved as *qbw.ini. We didnt find any malware installed but we changed every password after just in case and nothing has come up yet so he was probably just after the $3000 and our company backup (with everyones SSN) which was too big to download fast BUT our quickbooks is not connected to online banking. I dont know what he could do with full access to that but I would hate to find out and I hope this review serves as a warning!

I use Quick book for our small business, I was having a problem with it, googled the customer service number for Quick books, called the number and was lead to believe I was talking to someone at Quick books!
I even asked if they were with Quick books, he said yes he is. Later on in the conversation, he said the only way to see what I was talking about would be for him to share my screen so that I could show him. We did this, he explained he could see the problem, he said he needed to check to see if we have tech support included in our monthly services, he said we didn't. He told me in order for them to make the repair TO QUICKBOOKS, I had a choice, I could do a one time repair for 599.99 silver plan, or 799.99 which was a gold plan / 6 month plan or platinum plan for a year for 999.99. I told him I was not happy about having to pay for something that was their issue on their website, not mine. He went on to explain it was my computer that had the issues, the issue I was having with quick books had nothing to do with my computer, he insisted it did, he said I'm about to lose everything / our records. I went ahead and paid the 799.99 and he put his computer tech on the phone after his supervisor spoke with me first.
He told me it would take 2 to 3 hours for the repair and not to touch or use my computer. Something didn't feel right after he got stated, I called my Son, whom is very computer savvy, he told me to unplug it at once to knock them off. The phone numbers weren't matching to a number to this company on line, I called this internal accounting service and they informed me, they don't make any type of computer sharing fixes or repairs.
I spoke with this company again, along with my son, 3 way call, my Son questioned him about the different phone #'s not matching, he also questioned him about making me believe I was speaking to Quick books, when in fact I was not. They told me they were in the US, found out they are in India.
THIS IS A Scam of some kind!

Somewhere on the internet I got the number for this company when in fact I intended to call Quicken Support Services, and called it. The agent did not identify himself as being a third party support company. He had me allow screen sharing (with my permission) and then guided me through a number of operations to determine the problem with my file. I was able to see his screen and saw that there were indeed a lot of errors in my file. I also became aware, through the information shown on my screen, that I was dealing with a third party. He then said that in order to fix my file I would be charged $300, which would include an upgrade in my Quicken support coverage. At this point I became suspicious and elected to terminate the call and seek support directly from Quicken, which is free to me. I think the agent should have identified himself from the start as a third party entity so that I would have known who I was dealing with. As it was, I did not pay any money but I felt ripped off nonetheless.
