    I had a contract with AL Custom Concrete to do a porch and walkway. They supposed to pour 4500 PSI color concrete mixed in the delivery truck instead they poured 3500 PSI and no color. Then the threw some kind of powder to color the top. I asked them to compress the ground on the porch and they said doesn't need it. I asked them to add gravel they said it doesn't need it. On the porch they supposed to build a little wall and fill it with gravel compress it and then pour the concrete, they didn't.The concrete was poured July 15, 2024 and within 3 weeks I had cracks I called them and texted them several times but they do not respond back. I sent them pics.I called the city of ************ the license department but they couldn't take my complain because I live in **. I called their insurance claim #******** and I was told they do not cover bad workship only if they were damages on my house.I want them to come and do the repairs or pay for the repairs.

    Initially, we provided a quotation for the replacement of the customer's front porch. However, we were informed that our pricing was deemed too high, and the customer opted to engage another contractor. A few weeks later, we were approached again to proceed with the project, as the previous contractor had commenced work but subsequently refused to complete it. We agreed to take on the project, but it soon became apparent that this decision was ill-advised. The customer began requesting numerous modifications, such as an 8-inch thick concrete slab instead of the standard 4 inches, and a full-sized footing around the perimeter, whereas we had initially agreed on only two pier footings. I communicated to the customer that these alterations would incur significant costs; however, their response was dismissive, stating that it was merely concrete. Despite these challenges, we continued with the project and ultimately delivered an aesthetically pleasing result. However, when it came time for payment, the customer expressed dissatisfaction with our services and refused to settle the outstanding amount. Shortly thereafter, minor hairline cracks appeared on the porch, which I believe were a consequence of the excessive concrete used. I reiterated that, as discussed prior to the project's commencement, we do not provide warranties for cracks. Nevertheless, had the customer fulfilled the payment agreement, I would have gladly returned to address those cracks.
