    I had a concrete patio installed the end of April 2022. We started to see some cracks in the cement the beginning of July 2022. I was in immediate contact with the Maria the manager/wife of the owner. She assured me her husband Tom would take care of fixing it. By the end of July/ beginning of August we saw more cracks yet again. Another round of emails exchanges between Maria and I. This time she told me he is waiting to see if anymore cracks appears and then will do an “overlay” to correct the problem. I waited til mid September then contacted them again to see when they would be out and got no response via email ,phone and text. My husband tried as well. They have dodges us, even went as far as to remove my photos he took with his own camera from his business page on ********. I’m out $5,600 for a concrete patio that wasn’t installed correctly and now it’s going to break apart, he didn’t even put a cut down the center so he could remove pieces as needed. Not sure what or how much of a base layer he used but that could be an issue as well. This is unacceptable business practices when they boast about customer service being a priority.
