      Subject: Extremely Disappointed: Broken Promises and Poor Workmanship Dear **************** Douglass,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Dependable Concrete at ***************************************************. In October 2023, I hired you to work on my front steps, and the results have been nothing short of disappointing.Despite the job being completed only six months ago, the steps are already cracking and chipping. This is completely unacceptable for a professional concrete job and speaks volumes about the quality of your work.In February 2024, I reached out to you to address these issues. You assured me that the repairs would be made when the weather warmed up. However, despite repeated follow-**** nothing was done.Three weeks ago, I even saw you working on a neighbors property and took the opportunity to ask about my repairs. You promised me that you would fix my steps the following week, citing a lack of the right concrete as the reason for the delay. Yet again, this was just another empty promise.Most recently, I emailed you and received a response stating you would come by last weekend to fix the issues. Once again, you were a no-show with no call or follow-up. This pattern of broken promises and lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional.I am extremely disappointed with the service and workmanship provided by Dependable Concrete. Your failure to address and fix the issues, coupled with your repeated no-shows and lack of communication, is unacceptable.I hope you understand the severity of this situation and take immediate action to resolve it. However, based on my experiences so far, I am not optimistic.Sincerely,*************************
