    I moved into the ****************************** that is situated at ****************************************************. My unit has had over 60+ issues stemming directly from this companies pure incompetence. They have had to come back to fix 50+ said issues ranging from, every door being incorrectly installed, every door having paint that dried in a drip formation on every door, every door trim was unfinished, shower caulking fell apart, spackle was left not sanded and not painted, pieces of floor peeling up, curtains shredding, screws left around, an HVAC system spewing fiberglass and dust for weeks in the apartment, mold in the insulation HVAC area that was also left with a cut wire, and an empty water bottle. The patio door seal was falling off, replaced by INTECH, and is falling off again as of a few days ago. There was holes left in the caulk in my windows, a crooked router on the ceiling, 35+ holes in the ****************** cabinets, multiple outlets falling off, a cracked water seal for the washer and dryer. The list is well documented, photographed, & this company has caused absolute chaos in trying to live a normal life under the crappiest construction that I have ever seen. Almost everything was chipped, loose, cracked, broken, left unsanitary, & absolutely disgusting. INTECH must be run by people who are not qualified for construction whatsoever. Now I am stuck having to work for over 2 and a half months with my own apartment *************** maintenance team in addressing & fixing every issue that was still left behind from this nightmare of a company. This company should never be allowed to build a single building ever again in their lifetime.
