    Ive had a bizarre experience with this company for the past two- three years with no real resolution. Originally, I had enjoyed Cred.ai and there were no problems with my account or with purchasing. Out of no where I was unable to use my card. At the time I had moved for work and had a PO Box, but didnt put two and two together. I get an email a week later from them asking for me to send A LOT of personal information to confirm my identity through email. The email looked sketchy to me, so I reported it as phishing and went on my way. I was then informed my account was closed. Why would a company close your account, then send a very sketchy email asking you to send multiple pieces of very sensitive information, and then tell you that your account has been closed? Thats the wrong order of things, but I really liked the company so I emailed them back and called the support line. Ive dealt with this at another bank and theyre always happy to work with you. Bad communication happens, its how you resolve it that counts. Every time I called they told me that I can reply and then open my account again. Ive been rejected every time because of my prior account history with them. I never overdrafted, always kept money in my account, and was an overall good customer that was willing to work with them, and I called their customer service number 6 times over the past 3 years for them to tell me that I just need to reapply and that I should be fine. I honestly wanted to open my account because I recommended them to so many friends and I think I just wanted to believe that theyre a good company. Unfortunately, the people Ive recommended have reported they have run into the same issue of account closure BEFORE anyone reaches out after a move, change in income, or change in primary bank account, and then are told the same thing. Really untrustworthy company and really strange to lie on the phone over and over again. Be careful signing up as this goes on your credit.

    Total scam! I added funds and waited for confirmation of account before adding more money. I got the card, but no login password and can't access my account for info. Total scam.************

    Cred.ai is unbelievable. I have direct deposit through them and until a large sum was deposited, I had no issue. My limit is $1500. To anyone that is unaware, the card they issue is in no way a debit card. It is only linked to the deposit account in the way they see fit and if your deposit account holds more money than your limit, it doesn't matter. You have no access to the additional funds in your deposit account. I currently have $21k in my deposit and account that they refuse to release. Customer service is no help. They refuse to close account to release funds or allocate them to other linked accounts. I have just found out that they are actually an over seas bank and that they added a clause in the agreement that states that we 'the consuner' agrees not to withdraw money from the deposit account in any substantial form that exceeds the credit limit of the card attached by fintech.

    So, I can't close the account. I can't withdraw funds. I can't spend funds. I can't transfer funds. They don't offer cashier's checks. I can't wire funds.

    Customer service doesn’t provide customer service. 1-800 number is useless escalating any issue means nothing.

    Bad customer service before you can talk to someone you have to give up all of your information.first and last name,dob ,phone number,mailing address.ss number. Then if you want to make a complaint you have to talk to someone else and then give them all of your information.then they send you to someone else who you then have to give all your information. I had 2 fraudulent charges on my account and have been waiting for 18 days for a response and nothing.calling and emails have been frustrating and useless and their call center is in India I have given my information to at least 18 different people and had to put my information on a security lock and since then I have gotten 2 different unauthorized openings of credit I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 18 years and chase for 12 and they don’t ask for all of your information to get account information or to make a dispute.if you are looking to rebuild your credit.look into who they are too .and the only reason I’m giving 1 star is because this system won’t let me post this until I do if it wa real I would give- 5 stars

    The advertisement is False !!! This company is not credible nor is the system BULLETPROOF in it's actions. There is NO Supervisor or Manager in place to assist you at all. I made the foolish mistake of having my payroll directly deposited to this account and OMG what a mistake. On the first initial deposit the entire app crashed and no there isn't any access to your account via desktop only via cellphone. I immediately removed my cash redirected my funds to my old account and canceled this service. The company had a good idea but failed to execute it effectively. Maybe someday they will get it right but as for now. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS SERVICE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!

    If I could give zero stars I would the customer service is a joke they blocked access to my account without any communication I verified everything they asked for and still refused to unlock my account claiming the only team that can do it can only be reached by email and they only respond once a day if that I would not recommend this company to anyone and have advised existing customers to close their accounts before this happens to them
