      I refinanced my truck with America Heritage CU in 12-10-24 I had signed all required paperwork sent in my information including proof of insurance and then decided not to take the loan despite several calls being informed that they would not go through with the loanthey proceeded with the loan with in the next month they started requesting insurance information they have this information I still provided the required information several additional times and also had my insurance agent fax them the insurance information and my agent received fax verification despite my best attempts to resolve this matter on 4.22.25 American Heritage added ******* for additional insurance coverage that I didn't need or agree to. I have called and emailed several times trying to get this resolved and a refund to no avail. This leaves me having the additional expense of seeking legal representation. T

      I payed a bill on 4/17/25 it showed up on my account as pending and was deducted from my balance when I saw I did have extra money I used it and even put some back. Today 4/21/25 I get hit with ***** overdraft twice and was told my bill was not paid. This has happened a few times and now I see its not my fault. How do they get away with this? Talking to someone is like talking to a robot like their reading what they are suppose too say

      I have been asking them since 2024 AT LEAST to CLOSE my checking account. I HAVE FILLED EVERYTHING OUT TWICE on docusign, TWICE!! UPLOADED MY ID TWICE!! They are STILL denying it!! I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! What on GOD'S green earth is the ISSUE??!?!?!?!? THEY EVEN ASK INVASIVE PERSONAL QUESTIONS!! WHAT???? I ANSWERED EVERYTHING EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PERSONAL!!!

      I was forced by American Heritage Credit Union to take ************* coverage through one of their partners ****. When it came to my car being totaled I was left with about $3000 to pay the bank still out of my pocket. The credit union and their partner **** and the whole world knows what GAP is for and they are not living up to the name although I made all my payments and carried insurance as I was expected. This is a breach of contract.

      In researching, it appears this was a loan generate through our indirect auto dealer portfolio.  The ************* was purchased from the dealership, not American Heritage. The entire remaining loan balance is not fully covered by the *************.  

      **** ***** (Indirect Lending American Heritage) reached out to member to discuss the concerns.  The member said he didnt like the *********** he was put through since they wouldnt pay the full amount owed. **** reviewed the process for how the amount paid is calculated and that it likely includes other deductions and deductibles.  **** advised the member that he would be receiving a Warranty refund for approximately $390.00. The Warranty refund was requested by us on members behalf back in Dec. but when we spoke to the company today, they advised us that it had not been processed yet but would be completed today. American Heritage internal quality control has also requested the breakdown of the *** claim and will review once received. **** also advised member that we would remove the late payment credit reporting as a courtesy since the *** claim was in process during this time.

      I applied for a $6,000 personal loan from American Heritage Credit Union. I chose them because I already have an auto loan from them. The rate I was expecting was a *****% rate since I have a 757 credit rating. They approved my loan but with a 12 plus interest rate. When I questioned them they told me my credit rating was 712 so it did not apply to the lower rate. I stated it was impossible because it is 757(I checked the rate that day thru Experian). They told me they use fico 9 whatever that is. I was able to get my fico 8 report it was 773! I called **** and the representative had no explanation for the credit rating they recieived. My thought is that they are being deceptive to get a higher interest rate out of me.

      They switched the way they allow their customers to pay their bill. Once the payment thing was switched I was unable to register my account. I have called multiple times and even did a zoom call with one of their representatives. They will not fix the problem, they will not take a payment over the phone without charging me and they told me that its not their problem that their system does not work, it is my problem because I'm the one who needs to pay my bill.

      On or about November 18 2024 I traded my ******************* on a 2025 **** F150 STX. The loan was held through American Heritage FCU. It was paid off by the dealer Fairway **** ******** ****. I received a letter from the Title Controler from ***** stating loan was paid in full on November 18 2024 . I had an extended warranty and ************* that I needed a refund for. Prior times this always went through the dealer that I purchased from but this time due to the fact it was a refinance I had to go through Refi Jet .com. The proper forms were filed and I wzited for my refund($2700) I checked with Refi jet after several weeks and they indicated the checks ($2000 & 700 ) were sent to ***** since then I have made numerous calls to said credit union and they have indicated they did not revive the checks. I called again and this time the checks were confirmed to have been revive and a check was being sent to me. That was prior to Christmas. Several more contacts to the credit union and still no check to me and they said I would be receiving in 7 to 10 days. This was after Jan 1 2025. After 2 more contacts today 1/12/2025 I contacted Credit union and they had no idea what was going on I then contacted Refi Jet and they called AHFCU. They told her that they had received the checks and would be sending the money to me today. I was told to double check in the afternoon and I did so . After being on the phone for more than an hour I I finally was able to speak with yet another person who indicated they have no idea what is going on. I then asked to speak with a manager and I was told after a long wait that they would contact me tomorrow. This is ridiculous they have over $2700 of my money and it has been 3 months for something that normally takes several weeks. I am asking that this money be overnighted to me immediately. No response!!!!!

      I did finally get my check which interestingly enough happened after your communication to them. I think it is interesting that they never responded. Very typical of this place. You may close the dispute as it has been resolved. But I am not surprised that there was no response. From them. ****** R ****

      They used to offer a service to pay as a guest. They now stopped offering this and want you to register online to be able to pay your bill. I have attempted to register multiple times and I am unable to. I have called every day from 1/6-1/10 in an attempt to pay my bill and register the account. Nobody can figure out what is wrong with the account or why I cannot register. In order to pay online they want to charge me a $10 fee. I don't understand how this is my fault that they cannot figure out why my account won't register. Not only will it not register but I have to sit on hold every single day for over an hour in order to talk to someone. This is very inconvenient saying as I work overnights. It is really messing up my sleep schedule.
