    I am still waiting for the wrong shirt that I ordered weeks ago! This company has been nothing but a headache. Hopefully, I will get the wrong order so I can send it back. They also said I approved the artwork when I didn't even see it.

    I re ordered 3 t shirts from a previous purchase on 12/3/24. My daughters soccer team added 3 new girls so I wanted them to feel included. The tournament is on 12/22/24 so I felt good about my purchase being that it was due to be delivered by 12/16 through 12/19. (Even though the shirts were over $30 apiece)When I checked on the shipping closer to the event. I noticed the time window had changed to 12/19 through 12/24. I called them and explained why this would be an issue and they recommend that I PAY MORE for expedited shipping to guarantee deliver by 12/20. Begrudgingly I said yes as I didn't want the girls to be left out. 12/20 has come and gone and the item is still in "pre shipping". I will not have the jerseys for the event so now no one will wear them.Three weeks, $137 for 3 kids tee shirts. Rush order tees should be ashamed of themselves.

We have fully refunded the order and it looks like the original order is out for delivery today!     Does not understand what "guaranteed delivery" means and uses carriers that do not provide guaranteed delivery dates.

    Caution to Potential Buyers: We placed an order exceeding $2000 for products intended for our private country club staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the embroidery and finishing is severely lacking. The letters are misaligned, and there are numerous loose threads on the embroidery patches, rendering the products unusable due to their substandard quality. Upon reaching out to customer service, we were met with refusal to replace the items and were only offered a 10% discount on products that are not fit for use. They claim that such issues are typical in the embroidery process. Nowhere on their website is it indicated that the quality of embroidery may be subpar, nor do they take responsibility if it occurs. We strongly advise heeding this warning and recommend against engaging in business with this company.

    Never ordered from this business before. So I decided to try it out. I put in an order and they had my address but I never got the item. Then I decided to call again and they put in for a replacement order at no charge to me, which was great but customer service tells me it only takes a few days for delivery, Im STILL waiting on the delivery.

    Responsive customer service but this place is starting to feel like a scam. I’m not getting what I ordered and I just want my money back. I ordered a few shirts that had the same design with different color ways. Two of the shirts in the order got switched with the color ways, one color way on the front and another on the back. I was disappointed, customer service was quick to process a reprint. However, they immediately made a shipping label and sent me a shipping notice, but USPS indicated they hadn’t received it for almost two weeks. When I reached out to customer service just seeking a refund at this point, they said they don’t issue them due to the custom nature, and would just re-re-print them. I asked them not to, figuring the first re-print would get shipped eventually. They re-re-printed anyway, and you know what, the order was even more wrong than the first time. Now the entirely wrong color way is on the whole shirt. Still waiting on customer service response but what a disappointment. I paid for a product they can’t seem to make, they won’t issue a refund, but will print shirt after shirt after shirt after shirt to make it right. You’re not saving much by working with this company, and it’s not worth the trouble.

    Was sent a tee cotton T shirt with print that was slightly off center. Customer service was so good. They re-did it this time on a higher quality moisture wicking polyester blend shirt on point, free of charge. Service was prompt and delivery was quick. Most companies don’t go the “extra mile” like these folks do. Recommend them highly and will plan to buy from them again, should the occasion arise.

    Ordered 3 jerseys on 4/24. During that order they ask for date you need items by which was 5/5. On 5/3, they notified that they were starting production, which caused them to be delivered after the 5/5 date. When contacted, they said they don’t guarantee delivery unless you pay extra for upgraded delivery. That’s poor customer service to ask for needed delivery then not even start on it until the day before it needed to be there and nine days after order placed. Children didn’t have jerseys for game. Their site says “we meet our delivery dates”. Not true.

    Did not ship my items on time.

    Art drawing was sent a day before "approx delivery date" and the shipment came a week over my scheduled event I needed the shirts for.
