    This involve small Hazmat package to be shipped to me contains 4 lb gunpowder and riffle primers for reloading .EMS told me I needed to send $300 for a refundable insurance that I would get back after delivery . Then the came back and said the needed $150 for an FFL person to deliver to me still shipment did not arrive .I contacted them and they said it was confiscated And I needed to send them another $150 for a permit after which I would get the shipment . Nothing happened . I contacted them they said they refunded the last $150 which they did not then they said they didn’t get it . I sent them proof that they got it and they hung up on me . All this money was sent via ***** to accounts directed by them on web sight chat . I have given up on recieving my package I want the $600 back .customer service does not respond ****************** is my claim number with EMS
