    This was the worst company I have ever used for customer service. It was a job through our home warranty, but they replaced my inside unit and it was not compatible with the outside unit, so without informing me that they were leaving me without air conditioning in the middle of summer in Texas, he just left the job undone and never informed me. Also, flipped a breaker while he was there and did not let us know of that issue either. When I reached out to the company to find out what the next steps were he responded with "not my problem." Now, a month later, he will not respond to any of my calls or texts and we are left with a job undone. HORRIBLE customer service and a HORRIBLE job not completed. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
