    I received the postcard in the mail today indicating this card is the "THIRD NOTICE" and that this person "Urgently need to speak with You about ******************". The rest of the details about the postcard will be uploaded as I have taken a picture of both sides and am uploading it. As if the constant spam calls are not enough, now that I have finally blocked any number from calling my home other than those that are in my phonebook entries; I am now getting a postcard. There is no identifying information on the postcard other than the address of ******************************************, Philadelphia, PA ********. I blocked caller ID and called the number listed which is a plea from this person to purchase my home. The problem here is I am not selling my home. I would never engage in a home sale with a person contacting me like this as I feel this is probably a person attempting to take advantage of people and possibly defrauding anyone dumb enough to engage with them.
