    This company gets one star only because there is no option for less. In January 2022 I placed an order for a Junkin mortuary cot. The total fee of $1992.55 was charged to a business credit card. I was initially told the item would arrive in about six weeks. Months went buy and the item never arrived. Each time I would call the Funeral Supply Store to inquire on my purchase I was told the item was on back order because of Covid. As time went on Joe stopped answering the phone. I eventually requested a refund over voicemail and a return phone call but Joe never returned my calls nor did he refund the purchase price. In December 2023 (nearly two years later) I sent the Funeral Supply Store a certified letter stating I would be taking legal action if I was not reimbursed by the original date of sale (January 31) 2024. I have yet to receive my item, a reimbursement or a phone call.
