This company represents itself as a local company but they are not. They require a “deposit” and push you for your credit card before work is performed. I asked for a written estimate and the not so fine print was written in poor, improper English and is filled with ways they will charge your card, including if you cancel! There’s a provision that they may put a lean on your home if they don’t receive payment. There are several other provisions that allow them to collect payment for no work at all!
I realized what was happening and didn’t hire them. I don’t suggest you give them any information. It’s a scam.

These guys scammed my 80 yr oldfather by charging him 3X what the standard rate is. Tom and Joe and Ed are the ones behind this repair and for 4 springs and 8 pullies they charged my father $2600. I called around to a other places and they told me total price would not be higher than $1000. Total racists scam artists. Beware.

I was vastly overcharged for the replacement of my garage door opener ($1450 for a job that other companies would do for around $700). Additionally, all of the other companies that I later contacted would have removed the old unit and it’s 7 foot rail at no additional charge. According to the manufacturer, Liftmaster, the unit should have included photo electric safety sensors they were not installed. I later found just the brackets for them in the garbage that was left behind. Lastly, the opener has since not been working correctly. I called Experts Garage Doors to fix the fix the problems. They have not have the courtesy to respond to my complaint despite the fact that Liftmaster provides a 1-YEAR WARRANTY on their opened units and Experts claims that they provide a 5-YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL OPENERS THAT THEY INSTALL.
