      I bought a Prestige A3+ through ************* one of AA ******** retailers. A month after using my machine the prints started coming out bad. Colors only. ***** was working great. I called ************ who sent me to AA Print Supply *** since it was their machine. ******** said that the ink was a bad batch. They sent me a new printhead. 200 prints later it was done, white clogged. So I ordered 2 new printheads. One came with inks black and blue clogged. They did nothing about that. It lasted about 50 prints. The 2nd worked ok. Then my machine stopped wanting to print. It would turn on but did not print. The diagnostic said the clear strip was not working right. I called and spoke with *******. She had another sent out to me but did not send anything to have it shipped back. When I received the new one it was already used. I went to use it and it was not suctioning the ink through the printhead. Of course, ******* was out so ****** helped me. I sent several videos of it not working. ****** said he would send another one out. I told him I still had the 1st one. He told me to send back in before he could send 3rd one out. Well, I sent the 1st printer back in and sent a picture showing I mailed it in so they could get the 3rd one sent out. Well, they never sent the 3rd one out. I called in several times and Aldwin was never available. One guy answered and said his name was ******* and sounded just like ******. ***************** was not in. I called again and a woman answered saying ****** was out sick. ****** never answered my emails. At this point, I want my money back. They were supposed to send the 3rd in January. I spent $4800 all together for a bundle deal. Then another $700 on printheads that did not work. So I am requesting the $4200 I spent back since they were at fault. I did everything they asked and machines and printhead were messed up before making it to me. They ended Prestige A3+ production right after I bought it. Wonder why.

      I believe the company goes by All American Print Supply Co now. The address on this company is different but the phone number is the same as the ******************** I am posting company information below. I have found the other company name on BBB and looks like I am not the only one with the same issue. Thank you!

      The date of this transaction was Feb. 25, 2023. I received my bundle deal from ***************** who gets their printers from All American Print Supply Co. a month later. Since this time, I have had multiple problems with this printer. Withing 2 days of receiving the printer, the print stopped working. After going through several days of tech support and delays, I finally received a return label for a defective printer after more than a week of losing business and supplies. It then took another week to receive another printer. Upon examination of this printer, it was damaged out of the box. I spoke with the company and documented this. They asked if I wanted this one replaced, and we came to an agreement that since this printer was working at this time, I would keep it until it malfunctioned, or something went wrong due to shipping damage. I was losing business as well. Approximately 2 to 3 weeks into the replacement printer it stopped working as well. I notified the company that this is unacceptable. After more tech support, it was deemed this printer was bad as well. Another week and a half of business lost! They said this printer would half to be replaced as well. At this time, I asked for a full refund of my printer and bundle deal. They noted that, and have been avoiding me ever since. I have made multiple calls and sent multiple emails to ******** at ***** ******(who emails standard responses that are useless) and ****, one of the techs at All American Print Supply. They are constantly giving me the run around. I am losing business and money by the hour because of them. This is unacceptable and I need help.
