  The Mr. Contractor team gave me my dream bathroom! ***** made sure I felt comfortable and supported in making each decision about my bathroom remodel. Everyone that came in to my house was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about each step of the process. I am beyond pleased with the final product, I never would have imagined that my bathroom could look this good!

  had basement wall cut out to install interior door to enter garage very out standing job men was very courteous and professional job well done 5 stars is all I can give you but over the top you got 10 stars

  Mr. Contractor has my highest recommendation!!! Here are some details.Excellent Communication!!! From the beginning to the end we always knew what was happening next. On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. ***, co-owner and project manager of Mr. Contractor, and his team take professional service very seriouslyas ***, would often say our overall goal is to please the customer. Indeed, they do!A very well managed large project finished on schedule!!! Our project was a complete basement overhaul and new bathroom on the first floor. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed!! I still get tears in my eyes as I walk down the basement stairs!! Excellent quality of work by seasoned craftsmen!! Mr. Contractor have their own permanent crew of workers that have ***** years experience working with the family owned business established in 1949. I was very impressed with their apprentice/mentoring approach to developing their team of craftsmen someone with less experience worked closely with an experienced craftsman. The work was reasonably priced and negotiated. Workspace was always clean and orderly!! Having had a couple of renovations done before, Ive heard contractors say they clean-up at the end of the day, but nothing compares with Mr. Contractors team who not only thoroughly clean the workspace, but also organize their tools and materials for the next day!! They also removed any debris and trash daily. I cannot emphasize enough how smoothly our project was managed, the quality of work by Mr. Contractors team of crafts people, and the value and reality placed on listening to our needs, concerns, and feedback as customers. ********************** was the best!!

  I contacted several companies for a kitchen remodel, but Mr. Contractor stood out by following through and delivering exceptional service. From designing the layout to helping with tile and flooring choices, they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. The craftsmanship was excellent, the team was professional, and the finished kitchen exceeded our expectations—all within our budget. We already have more home projects in mind and will definitely call Mr. Contractor again.

  We are new to Philadelphia. Our home needed work. Specifically it needed 2 bathrooms and the deck remodeled. We also discovered several leaks in the roof and we had a bad window. I wasn't sure who to call and if one company could do it all. We researched a lot. Made several calls. Almost no one called back except for Mr. Contractor. The same day I called I got a call back and an appointment scheduled to look at my home. I was given a price on the spot and after I agreed a contract was presented to me within a few days. Work started quickly and they finished on time as promised. I was worried about mess being that we have a dog and a young child. The crew was polite and took all cautions to contain the mess (and cleaned up each day). Ken, sales advisor, helped me throughout the process. He was instrumental in helping to pick tiles, fixtures, lights, and so forth. You get overwhelmed quickly with so many moving parts. Jennie was amazing and always took my calls and helped take payments. Rob was extremely helpful in doing touch ups and adjustments to everything until we were 100% satisfied. Chad and Shaun handled electric and plumbing and were the nicest guys to deal with. Joe and Jimmy were some of the best carpenters we have ever seen. And did I say everyone was so polite? I recommended Mr. Contractor to anyone looking for home improvement work or repairs. These guys are absolutely the best. They aren't the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. But they are on time and the outcome is stunning. My bathrooms look amazing. Roof no longer leaks. I entertain on our new deck all the time. And now I want to replace even more windows! Thanks guys. Can't wait to have you back again to do more work!!!
