    ****** ******* currently has a false and misleading marketing ploy to get customers to sign up for a black card. A free amazon halo view promo code is promised to be delivered to your email 48 hours after signing up. I signed up on March 10th. It is March 15th and I have received nothing yet. I reached out to customer service via email on the Contact Us page on the 13th. No response or acknowledgement of my email. I called customer service on the 14th, and was told that due to it being a weekend, the 48 hour processing time would result in me receiving the email with a promotional code later that night. Nothing. I called again today, spoke to a rude customer service agent who hung up on me and told me to contact customer service through email, (did that two days ago-no response) contact customer service through ******** messenger, (did that-no response), and to contact amazon customer service. Upon contacting amazon customer service, I was told the third party offering the promotion (****** *******) has the responsibility to honor it. Called customer service again, was rudely told again that, there's no guarantee when I'd get it. When I asked for written proof of our conversation or a follow up email, he told me he was unable to do that because there are policies in place. ****** ******* customer service is abhorrent. For the cost of the black card, ($25 a month and a $50 annual fee after two months) I could simply save my money, time, patience, and purchase the watch outright for $80. Buyer beware, this company simply wants to scam and lure you in with false promises.
