    Back on January 0f 2024 I took on a membership with the Planet Fitness on ****************************************************************************** phone number ************. After I took on the membership I canceled due to the fact that I had opened a membership with LA Gym for they have a swimming pool for that is what i need, I called back in January and canceled I spoke to a CSR and she stated that she canceled my account. Back in the week of July 8th from the 15th I had went to *********** for vacation on the 19th of June i received an alert from my Bank Citizens stating that my account was negative $45.00 I called the bank and they stated that it was from the Planet Fitness that had continued to bill me since January of 2024 and back in March they charged me $49.00 for an annual fee. I then called the Planet Fitness on Monday June 19th at 10pm and spoke to a CSR by the name of ***, after speaking with him he conveyed to my person that yes my account was still active I then explained to him that i had canceled back in January nevertheless he stated that that CSR didn't cancel me I went into the gym and he finally canceled me out however i was given over drats fees of $35.00 and charged $109.00 to planet fitness. *** couldn't refund me my money so he gave the name of a *** assistant manager. On June 19th i went to the gym however the assistant manager *** never attended me while i was in the gym, i then called back and then i was able to speak to *** i conveyed to her my dismay she was very unprofessional addressing me as "HUN" a world that one would use to a love one she would over talk me stating that she was "the second in command" but could only refund me the annual fee of $49.00 dollars i explained that i had been charged $10 dollars since January for $60.00 she said that i had to speak to the manager **************.

    I am the parent of a minor 17 year old daughter (***************************). She saw a Planet Fitness commercial that said pay $1 for a gym membership. I was not made aware of this membership until a charge of $49 was taken out of her account on 3/1/24. That is when she came to me to let me know that $49 was taken out of the account. She called ********************************************* and was told that this was the Annual Membership Fee and she explained to them that she had a medical condition and that she hadnt attended, when she went to sign in she had to sign up for another account because it told her that the account she initially signed up for was not active. She then came to me, her parent and told me everything that had happened.I called and was told that I should have signed a waiver and that the account was going to be put on hold. I then went to the gym 3/2/24 and was handed an after the front desk person went and talked to the manager and handed me the card and told me to call said manager. I pressed the issue and questioned the email or telephone number that was used for ME to consented to my child with medical issues signing up for a gym membership prior to me making an appointment for her to get cleared. I was told that she was supposed to show me. I am not sure how lawful Planet Fitness is in adhering to a parent or custodial approval because, I wasnt made aware of any signing up for a gym membership. My daughter has medical issues and we have insurance that I pay a premium for that allows us to have access to gym membership. I was told to come back to the gym to talk to the managers when they are both there however, I have no time for the continual games and aggregation this has caused. I had my daughter bring up the contract that she was supposed to have signed and the writing (typing) is so small she cant read it. I surely couldnt read it even if she had decided to show it to me. I just want the Annual membership reimbursed back to her account. She is a minor, I as the adult NEVER signed any waiver nor agreed to her signing up for a gym membership and I dont have hours to be lied to or told about what my daughter should have done but didnt do. Furthermore, the writing of this contract is so small I cant read it.

    Planet fitness has taken over  1,543.04 from my checking account. I have on multiple occasions tried to resolve the issue, over the phone and in person. With every encounter I was told I did not have an account. I was also told by employees the number I needed to call was not to be given. I have bank statements to show for all transactions. Acct ********
