    Complete scam of a company, stay far away. Bought a pellet boiler from them a few years ago and it's been an absolute nightmare. No support of any kind. Had to do all the work myself. Wasted hundreds of hours of my time. I can never get back. Stay far away from these people.

    I bought a heat pump system from them a year ago. They told me it was all UL approved. Upon receiving it I found it was not approved. They told me to install it and they would get an approval sticker for it which is illegal. The pump station I bought from them leaked like a sieve. Finally after much back and forth they told me to return it and I would receive my money back. Upon returning it they told there was a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs to the tune of $3950. After speaking with the new manager he agreed he would pay me within 2 months which was 3 months ago. Now they will not respond to emails or return phone calls. I am at my wits end.
