    On July 24,2023 I was watching videos on ******* and an ad for close out on cookware for $6.95 appeared and I knew it was too good to be true and I read testimonies of how great they were; so I filled out my address and submitted my credit card information and I just happened to check my account on July 25th and my card was charged an additional $149.95 so I called the number associated with the charge and spoke to an employee named **** who stated my card would not be charged for future charges and offered me a 20% discount to continue with the enrollment for a contest of which I told him I wasnt interested I just wanted my refund for false advertisement and he stated I had to contact my bank. Two days later I called back July 27th and spoke with an employee named *** who stated I could only receive 20% of a refund so I refused and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be called by the supervisor because they worked from home. I called this morning August 15, 2023 because I was hoping it wasnt a scam and I would be refunded but I spoke to an employee named *** and I informed that I hadnt received a call from a supervisor and I asked for a full refund and he stated this was a legitimate charge and I would not receive a refund so again I asked for a supervisor and **** who I spoke to initially stated he knew about my complaint and it was a legitimate charge regardless of how misleading the ad was I would not receive a refund. I then said if I placed an order on any other site I would be able to receive a refund less shipping and handling and again his response was its a legitimate charge and I will not receive a refund.
