      On Nov 14,2020 I had work done on my chimney . I was suppose to have a warranty. I start having the same problem . When I called the company it was no longer in service . I was loss. I looked for another company and found DNG Complete Home Solutions . So I was thinking okay they just changed their name and moved . When the technician came out I was under the impression they would honor my warranty . When I ask the tech about whether they was affiliated he said no . They was a different company . I had my doubts but wasn’t sure . I took his word and he was telling me all the things the first tech didn’t do and he was making small talk so I was made a fool . DNG Complete Home Solutions and DNG Complete Home Improvement Corp are rip off companies . I paid 3049.09 the first time and 2400.00 the second time .

      ***** from DNG came to my house on 11/09 and charged me $4600 dollars for what he said he saw needed to be done to my chimney. He said it would collapse if I didn't have the work done. When he saw more to be done, he charged me another $2200 and came back on 11/10. On 11/10 he sited more work to be done and asked me for $3000 up front and scheduled a time to come back on 11/30. He no showed this day. When I reached out, it was because of the rain. Said they couldn't do the work... but never let me know. He rescheduled for the next Wednesday 12/7 and did not come. I texted *****. He claimed he had no money to pay me back... "I'm in a bad financial situation". I told him he'd put me in a bad financial situation. He said that this was his personal cell and his was home sick. The number was the only one he'd given me and had used many times. There is a number on their website. I have called that number 5 times over the past two weeks. There is no outgoing message and no one answers. I have emailed several times on Thumbtack.com where I found them with no responses. I want a refund of the total of $9700. The three checks totaling this amount were cashed the day I wrote them. They have clearly stolen from me and the whole thing seems to have been a scam. I do not feel safe having this man in my house. I believe he stole a spare key because I found his cigarette butt  where my key had been under a rock right where is was smoking by my front door. He is very paranoid and followed me around telling me all sorts of stories about his identity theft and people stealing all his money and living in a hotel and a family member losing all their limbs and even saying he doesn't know if his wife is "in on it". It was a crazy experience.
