    Also known as Stayforless, shows up in ****** maps for hotel reservations, sells reservations that the hotel can't or won't honor and refuses refunds. Owned by a UK company, so BBB rejects all complaints. It's a shame ****** Maps doesn't have a way to request their removal, maybe you can ask your bank to refuse to do business with them

    Company failed to refund. Refused service by hotel and told to contact third party, submit claim and wait for a week. Call back and customer service claims that they are awaiting response from hotel. I ask if there's a deadline for them to respond and they dance around the question to tell me no. I get off the phone and they send out an email immediately that the "establishment choose to uphold their refund policy and reject refund". Will never use company again.

    Horrible company commits fraud and theft customer service lacks candor. Company is absolutely horrible refused to return my money after the hotel refunded our stay due to issues on property at time of stay i have communication from hotel manager authorizing a full refund and hotelogic and hotels ugogo said tue hotel declined tye refund when i have tye managers email stating it was a fully refunded.
