    November 6, 2024 CUSTOMERS BEWARE; this hotel was absolutely horrible, before booking; do further research. The most glaring problem is they have BED BUGS! If you wake up itching that is the reason why. We checked in on Nov 1, 2024 and checked out Nov 3, 2024. My sister woke up the next morning and noticed them on her pillow the next morning and took pictures. When the front desk was shown the inconclusive evidence; it was like not a surprise. The option given were to either change rooms or leave and get a full refund. We changed rooms, checked for BED BUGS, spread the bed and pillows down with Lysol put our bags on the ledge in front of the window and headed out. We were in town for two nights and had a very busy day. The front desk clerk stated that they would close that particular room down.Later; that afternoon when we returned; I asked the new front desk receptionist how they flagged the rooms closure and he stated it was closed for repair; not BED BUGS. He claimed that he was a new and was not aware of the problem. Later that evening the same front desk receptionist knocked on the new room we were in and invited us to go and view the prior room we were in ( for what purpose; I have no idea); I declined. Not five minutes later; I get a phone call from the manager that had checked us in the previous day; this person preceded to berate me for daring to inquire about the closure of the room and telling other customers about a bed bug problem.People this was not the only problem with this hotel, the shower door keep sliding open as you showered and hair that was definitely not ours was found on the bedding.This is apparently; a privately owned hotel and the only number to show up is the hotels; when you try and find a corporation that may govern it and file an official complaint, they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and the only reason they are on any of sites is because of their location.

    My husband and I when staying at this hotel on September 21st and checked out September 23rd. Our experience at this hotel was unsatisfactory. The cleanness of the room shower floor, and the room floor was dirty. My husband was bitten terribly by bedbugs that he swollen up. I had pictures of the dirty shower and the bedbug bites on his shoulder back and right shoulder to the front desk clerk *** **** He apologized, and stated that the workers do not speak English, but I am saying what not speaking English has to do with cleaning. *** *** stated to me that he will refund our money in three business days. A hotel review was submitted regarding our stay, and *** key call me and said that we can get our refund if the hotel review is taking down. I have him on my recorder that he stated that we will get our money back 3x and on my phone voice mail that I will not be due to the review posted. The review should not have any barrier in happen to us at Philly ************ I call the hotel and there is another front clerk he just hangs up on me and tells me to talk to *** **** I did report this to the ************************************ because he will not give us our $307.99 like he promised. That is all I want my money back. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to take it to small claims court in ************. While I prefer not to take this route, it is a matter of principle. Should I proceed, I will also seek compensation for travel fees and other related expenses.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift *************. ******* ****
