    October 30-October 31 Room 202 Roosevelt Inn advertises air conditioning on their website, but this is the 3rd time I've stayed at Roosevelt Inn where there was no working air conditioning in my room. After speaking to the Front Desk Associate about my room being too hot for me to be in without a working air conditioning, he informed me that there was nothing he can do about it.I had stayed in a room at a temperature that was very uncomfortable. Also when I first checked into the room on October 30th I have to use the bathroom and when I pulled up the toilet seat a strong bad smelling stench of pee that smelled like it has been sitting in that toilet for days maybe weeks hit my nose. so it was evident that Housecleaning didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. On October 31st, I went to take A shower in my hotel room and quickly realized that the hot water was not working. When I called down to the front desk associate , he was told me to just let the hot water run for a while. The hot water ran for over ********************************************************************* cold uncomfortable water.Also on October 30 after I slept in the bed from October 30th to October 31st, I realized that the sheets under the comforter had dried f**** stains I unknowingly slept directly on. I am highly upset to have caught contact to my skin if human or animal f**** When I went down to the Front Desk Associate and I informed him about this he acted as if he didn't care offering no help to my issue. . However, I stayed at Roosevelt for the second time last year in 2024. When I checked out of the hotel, I took the box of tissues with me. When I got home I discovered at the bottom of the tissue box was a crack pipe. That means that housekeeping didn't thoroughly clean the room and replace items. However, On on the first day I stay there during the front associate asked me to perform oral on you I informed management but nothing was done about it

     (1)   This hotel built in 1960  so we have a air conditioning  system with central two pipe system.
                                                             Once we turn on heat in end off September ,We can not go back and put A/C till spring time. 
                                                            That is why we have always sing in front A/C is off and heat is on  during the entire season. 

                                                       (2)  Regarding hot water we have one central hot water heater. All the room has hot water all day long. 
                                                              It can be have hot water in one room and not in next room. 
                                                       (3)   Our linen  comes from Gemtex , Washed ,dried and ironed.
                                                       (4)    All the rooms are covered by Bug master to spray and keep bug free. 
                                                       (5)   The rate is $ 103 plus taxes comes out $120. not $ 129.
                                                        (6) We have policy to change the room if customer have any problem. 
                                                        (7)  If customer not happy with room ,we offer full refund in first 15 minuets. After  that time we change the room.
