    My issue has been for over 12 months I hired this attorney's office to handle my mother's immigration case I was informed it would take 18 months to start viewing any progress in the case at the beginning the communication with the attorney was one on one always replied. After waiting patiently for several months, I started emailing the attorney, calling the office leaving messages and no response. When I contact their office no one can locate a case number or file for me or my mother they always state they will take a message and have the attorney call back as of this date I have not received any documents from his office, nor have I received any ***** receipt number no call backs no type of communication my contact information email, address , phone number has been the same for over 16 years I have not changed any information for there to be anything lost or no answer if they ever tried to contact me . I sent his office a check in the amount of $10,825.00 his office immediately deposited the check, and no services were provided. I am a disabled Veteran I work hard for my money and in this case, I do not have any positive outcome for this situation I was cheated out of my money and my mother's case was left unattended I no longer want any type of representation from them I want my money returned to me so I can find the proper legal assistance. I have attached some emails the check and the statement showing the check was cleared the fed ex tracking I have more emails if necessary. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
